Monitoring rules
Monitoring starts once a merchant configures a detection target in the merchant center. The platform then checks at the interval allowed by the merchant's plan and records HTTP status, time to first token, output speed, and a snapshot. Merchants without monitoring data are labelled "no data yet" in the directory, are excluded from success-rate and region filters, and are never counted as meeting a threshold. Results describe the service only at the moment of each check.
